This was an extremely big problem that I came across before. I did not plan to start doing exercises and dieting considering that I've never done them before. Time passed and I had those reasons why I didn't plan to workout. Of course, the pounds and the inches stacked on too. Fortunately, I was able to tell myself to start training and diet. The fact is that, I came across a lot of challenges because I was a newbie and really, I had no clue about what I'm doing. I remember thinking if only I understood the best way to burn off excess fat if you've never trained and diet before, things might have been much easier.
