World, and Jazz percussionist Frank Holder was born and raised in San Francisco and has been an active member of the Bay Area music scene since the early 70?s. Frank is honored to be mentioned in the World Music Encyclopedia for his work and contribution to the Diaspora of Kulintang music in America.
