Cyclone Separator Manufacturer

Cyclones are commonly used in removal of course dust from air or gas stream and often used as pre collector. The principle advantage is low cost, low maintenance, low pressure drop. Not suitable for fine dust particles. Cyclones can be offered in multistage for better efficiency. Efficiency as high as 90% down to 20 microns can be achieved and can be constructed out of steel, aluminum and stainless steel. This works similar to that of the cyclone. This can be constructed of steel, cast iron. They are used for course dust and efficiency is up to 90% down to 5 microns. The outer house is constructed out of sheet metal. Hopper with rotary air lock valve are provided.
