Obiectivul proiectului este de a furniza o strategie pentru dezvoltarea sectorului de apa si apa uzata pentru atingerea tintelor negociate de Romania in cadrul de pre si post-aderare la Uniunea Europeana, referitoare la apa urbana uzata.
