Ace Parking was founded by Evan Jones in 1950 when he saw that the thriving city of San Diego would soon have the need for better, more efficient parking services. In the beginning, Jones started his company with just a single parking lot. Ace Parking is still a privately held, family owned business. They employ around 4,500 employees. In San Diego, alone, Ace Parking enjoys around 70% of the market share.
